Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 fresh serrano peppers, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tea. black peppercorns
- 1 tea. coriander seeds
- 2 whole cloves
- 1/2 tea. allspice

Step 1
When eggs are cool enough to handle, peel them. Using a fork, gently pierce each egg through to the yolk 4 times. Place the eggs in a large, clean glass jar.
In a nonreactive saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
Carefully pour warm mixture over the eggs.
Refrigerate for 1 week before using.
Eggs will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
