Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 med onions chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup each chopped celery and carrots
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can(28oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cans (19 oz) red kidney beans, drained
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes
- 1 cup water (optional)

Step 1
Cook beef. Add onions, garlic, celery, carrots, and green pepper. Cook for 3 to 5 min.
Add tomatoes, beans, chili powder, lemon juice, cumin, and hot pepper flakes. Cover and simmer for 10 min. Add water if too thick.
