- 2.5 tsp baking powder
- Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
- Half and Half Cream, 1.5 cups
- Raisins, .5 cup
- Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp

Step 1
Mix dry ingredients, pour in the cream and mix lightly with a wooden spoon, add the raisins and just mix. Drop spoonfuls on parchment paper or a silicone mat on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 F for 17 minutes or until golden Makes 16 scones.
