  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon dry minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
  • 1 cup water

1. Combine and store in an airtight container
2. For taco meat, brown hamburger; drain
3. Add seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water
4 Bring to a boil; reduce heat
5. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

Brown 1 pound hamburger and onions: drain
Add 3/4 cup water and seasonings
Heat to boiling
Simmer uncovered 10 minutes

1. In a medium bowl, combine the corn flour, chili pow
der, onion powder, garlic powder and season salt. Stir
in the paprika, cumin, garlic salt and sugar. Blend in
onion, bouillon and cayenne pepper, stirring until all
spices sre well blended
2. Drain meat; pour in seasoning, Stir in water. Reduce
heat to medium-low and simmer until most of the
liquid has cooked away, about 20 minutes
