Tomato Soup Cake Francine

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white flour
  • 1-1/3 cup white sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1-1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp cinamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground clove
  • 1 10 oz can tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Measure dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add tomato soup and oil, beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Use spatula on sides and bottom. Add eaggs and water, beat at low speed two more minutes.
Pour batter in a greased bundt cake mold and bake 35-40 minutes until done. Take out of oven and let rest in mold for ten minutes, unmold and cool on cake rack.

Once cool ice with cream cheese icing.
