  • 2 16 oz. cans white hominy, drained
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 1 4 oz. can green chillies, seeded, rinsed, chopped
  • Buttered bread crumbs

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Place in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
