  • 1/2 cup minced red onion
  • 1 nectarine, peeled and chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger root
