  • 4 squares Baker’s Semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup thawed cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Butter 4 (3/4 cup) custard cups.
3. Place on baking sheet.
4. Microwave chocolate and ½ cup butter in large bowl
on high for 1 minute or till butter is melted.
5. Stir with a wire whisk until chocolate is completely
melted.
6. Stir in sugar until well blended
7. Whisk in eggs and egg yolks.
8. Stir in flour.
9. Pour batter into cups.
10. Bake 13-14 minutes or until sides are firm but center
is soft.
11. Let stand 1 miute.
12. Carefully run a small knife around the cakes to
loosen.
13. Invert cakes onto dessert dishes.
14. Top with 1 tablespoon cool whip and serve
immediately.
*Batter can be made a day ahead. Pour into dishes, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Bake as directed
