- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts
- OR 1 cup candied dried fruit

Preparation
Step 1
combine flour, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. beat together eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. combine the flour mixture with egg mixture; when completely mixed, add 1 cup(1 large package) of chocolate chips and 1 cup of chopped walnuts.
instead of chocolate chips you can add 1 cup of candied dried fruit.
baked in greased pan at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
