Spaghetti Meat Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 , 1lb cans tomatoes, chopped
• 1 , 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 1 , 12 oz can tomato paste
• 1 C beef broth
• 2 T minced parsley
• 1 T brown sugar
• 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
• 1 tsp dried basil leaves
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• cooked spaghetti, noodles or other pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Break up pieces of meat with a fork. Combine meat in a slow cooker with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours. Serve over hot pasta.
