- Apples
- Water
- 2 plus cups of sugar
- 1/8 t cinnamon

Step 1
Peel and core apples. Chunk apples into 3rds. Put in pan and cover with water. Apples will expand. Boil until the apples are transparent. Bubble, not hard. May need to add water. When transparent add 2 cups of sugar for every 3 quarts of apples/water. Taste for sweetness (cool some in freezer first). Add more sugar if necessary. Add 1/8 plus teaspoon full of cinnamon. Get jars hot dunking in boiling water. Make sure the top of the jar gets hot as wel. Fill jar with suace to rim. Take knife and put down in sauce to get any bubbles out. Wipe off rim of jar and put hot rim on and seal. Seals should pop down when cooled.
