- 3 ounces baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon natural, no-salt-added peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon natural, non-alkalized cocoa powder
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2-1 cup soy, hemp or almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in blender.
Use 1/2 cup milk for a thicker smoothie or 1 c milk for a thinner drink. For added flavor, increase banana or add a 2-3 dates for a sweeter beverage.
