Bainbridge Sweet Memphis Sauce- Large Batch

Ingredients

• 8 cups Ketchup
• 8 cups Coarse Chopped Onion
• 4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
• 8 Cloves of Garlic, coarse chopped
• 1 cup Mustard
• 2 Cups Brown Sugar
• 1/4 cup Franks
• 4 TSP Salt
• 4 TSP ground Black Pepper
• 4 TSP Hickory flavored Liquid Smoke

Mix together and bring to a boil on a large pot. Cook until onions are translucent and tender. Puree in blender until smooth.
