  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 1/2 -4 lb. pork shoulder
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1.Heat oil in 10 inch skillet over medium high heat
2.Brown roast on all sides.
3.Stir soup, ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar in crock
pot.
4.Add roast and turn to coat.
5.Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or till meat is fork
tender.
6.Remove meat from pot and let stand 10 minutes
7.Shred meat and return to cooker until ready to serve
