- 1.66 cup(s) (or up to 1 3/4 cups) sugar (less for a sweet wine, more for a dry wine)
- 1.50 teaspoon(s) citric acid
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) matcha (green tea) powder
- 1 bottle(s) wine
- 3 cup(s) water

Preparation
Step 1
Blend sugar, citric acid, and matcha powder into a food processor for 1-2 minutes. Pour mix into large bowl. Add wine and water. Stir well. Freeze for 3 hours before serving.
