Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 # frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 2 tsp pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 10 oz grated cheese
- 2 c Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Partially defrost potatoes.
Toss with melted butter, salt, pepper.
Add remaining ingredients and place in casserole.
Mix 2 c cracker crumbs and 1/4 c melted butter and spread over top. Bake 350* for 45 minutes.
