Ingredients
- Cream Dressing:
- 1 cup torn lettuce leaves
- 1 cup torn romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup watercress, stems removed
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked shrimp
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 medium grapefruit, sectioned
- 5 large pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh, frozen or canned
- 1 cup creamed cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- pinch pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Toss together first 5 ingredients in large salad bowl. Combine next 5 ingredients, sprinkle all with lemon juice and add to greens.
Garnish with additional tomato slices and ripe olives.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Meanwhile make dressing, combine all ingredients in blender or mixing bowl and beat until creamy smooth.
Pour over salad just before serving.
