White Chocolate Chex Mix

Ingredients

• - 12 oz. box each:
• 3 - 1 lb. or more white chocolate wafers
• 2 - 16 oz. bags of M & M's
• 2 bags pretzels -sticks or small twists
• 20 oz. salted peanuts
• Corn Chex
• Wheat Chex
• Rice Chex

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate wafers in double boiler.
Mix all ingredients together in turkey roaster pan.
Pour melted chocolate over, stirring and turning over to cover.
Spread out on cookie sheets covered with wax paper.
Let cool & set. Break up in small chunks & store in airtight container or bags.
