Ingredients
- 1 9" Pie Shell
- 4 Cups Fresh Strawberries washed, hulled, chilled and sliced
- 1 1/2 Cups water
- 3/4 Cups Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
- 1 3 oz. pkg. Strawberry Flavored Gelatin

Step 1
Bake pie shell until golden brown. Set aside to cool. Combine in a saucepan water, sugar and corn starch. cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Continue to cook over low heat for 2 minutes longer or until mixture is clear and thickened. Add 1 3 oz. package Jello. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Chill until gelatin starts of set. Immediately add strawberries and pour mixture into chilled pie crust. Chill until set or about 5 hours for best flavor. If desired, top with whipped cream or dessert topping.
