Ingredients

  • 3 14oz cabs artichoke hearts, well drained and finely chopped
  • 3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium-sized sweet red pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 tso freshly ground black pepper
  • 64 plain crackers or taost points

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine all the ingredients and turn the mixture into a shallow ovenproof 14 inch ay gratin dish or baking dish.
3. Bake for exactly 30 minutes. Serve immediately with crackers and/or toast points.
