- 1 cup organic peanut butter
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Step 1
Mix.
Press into 8X8 glass pan
Bake at 325 degrees F. for 19 minutes.
Do not overbake.
*if you prefer cookies-drop by spoonful onto baking sheet, flatten with a fork and bake for 13 minutes.
*Turn into a yummy pie crust-omit chocolate chips, press into glass pie plate. Bake 19 minutes and fill with prepared chocolate pudding!
