Ingredients

• # 1.
• 1/4 cup dry minced onion
• 2 Tablespoons beef boullion granules
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• Makes equivalent of 1 envelope onion soup mix
• Onion Soup mix
• #2.
• 3/4 vcup dried minced onion
• 1/3 cup beef boullion granules
• 1/4 cup onion powder
• 1/4 tsp celery seed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to one year

Makes 20 tablespoons or 4 batches

5 tablespoons = 1 envelope onion soup mix
