Ozark Mountain Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 4 cups apples peeled and diced
• 1 cup raisins
• powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar then add eggs and beat till fluffy.
And vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Stir in apples and raisins.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan.
Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Dust with powdered sugar.
