Raw Apple Nut Cake

Ingredients

• 2 Eggs
• 3/4 C Wesson Oil
• Vanilla
• 1 1/2 C Flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Soda
• 2 C Raw Apples (diced)
• 1 C Nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together flour, salt, and soda.

Add to eggs, oil and vanilla mixture. Fold in apples and nuts.

Bake in pan (spray with Pam) slowly at 350.
