  • 2/3 C. of Evaporated Milk
  • 1-2/3 C. Sugar
  • 1-1/2 C. Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet)
  • 1-1/2 C.Mini marshmallows
  • Butter (to grease pan)
  • Wax paper

Preparation

Step 1

(One double recipe will fit a 9" x 12" pan)

In saucepan mix evaporated milk and sugar over med to medium low heat, stirring often. When it begins to boil, stir CONTINUOUSLY for 5 FULL MINUTES. Remove from heat and ass in chocolate chips and marshmallows. Keep stirring until completely mixed. Immediately pour into greased pan. Let it cool. Cut with a wet knife and serve. Do not refrigerate.
