Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Juice
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 Boneless Pork Loin Roast (3lbs), halved
- 7 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
- 3 tbsp Cold Water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine the Unsweetened Apple Juice, Sugar, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Ginger, Garlic Powder, Pepper and pork in a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or till a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat reads 160F.
2. Remove the roast and keep warm. In a saucepan combine the cornstarch and cold water until smooth, stir in the cooking juices. Bring to a boil cook and whisk for about 2 mins or till mixture is thickened, serve with the roast.
