Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Israeli couscous
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- salt and pepper
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped date
- splash of red wine vinegar
- chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cook couscous as directed. Drain and rinse under cold water. Toss with olive oil. Cook cauliflower in oil for 6 min. Season with salt and pepper. Add cinnamon and dates; cook 2 more min. Add couscous along with vinegar, parsley and salt and pepper.
