Ingredients
- Sauce Mix:
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups small egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- dash of Worchestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown meat in a large skillet; drain
2. Add water, milk and noodles
3. Add spices; bring to a boil
4. Cover; simmer over low heat until noodles are tender
stirring occasionally
5. In last few minutes of cooking, add Worchestershire
sauce
6. Cover
7. Turn off heat; uncover and let stand 5 minutes. It will
thicken as it stands
