Ingredients
- RECIPE x3-
- 10-15 lb Pork Tenderloin or Roast Beef; boneless chicken
- 42 oz Ketchup (5 1/4 cup)
- 3 cans (4 1/2 cup) Root Beer (can also use Coca~Cola)
- 6 TBS(3oz) Liquid Smoke
- 12 TBS(3/4 cup) Worchester Sauce
- 6 TBS(3oz) Mustard
- 12 TBS(3/4 cup) Brown Sugar
- RECIPE x2-
- 2 Roasts 3-6 lbs each: Pork or Beef -could use boneless chicken
- 28 oz Ketchup
- 2 cans Root Beer (can also use Coca~Cola)
- 4 TBS Liquid Smoke
- 8 TBS Worchester Sauce
- 4 TBS Mustard
- 8 TBS Brown Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Begin: Coat Beef Brisket/Pork Tenderloin meat with brown sugar and spices; cook in a Crock-Pot on low for 8-10 hours (check for tenderness, could cook up to 12 hours).
Sauce:
mix together and heat in a Saucepan-
Ketchup
Root Beer (can also use Coca~Cola)
Liquid Smoke
Worchester Sauce
Mustard
Brown Sugar
Remove Meat from Crock-Pot, drain the fat out; place the falling-apart, tender meat back into the Crock-Pot; shred meat as needed. Pour in the Sauce, simmer until nice and hot or you’re ready to dig in!
Serve on Deli Rolls/French Rolls
