  • 3-4 Baskets Fresh Mushrooms
  • 2 Tubs Cream Cheese with Onions and Chives
  • 1 Lb Bulk Sausage

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Fry sausage until lightly browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Drain well.

Place cream cheese in bowl until fluffy. Add drained sausage and stir together.

Fill each mushroom with heaping teaspoon of filling.

Bake until cream cheese turns brown.

Remove from baking sheet and serve warm.
