Ingredients

  • desired amounts of scallops, shrimp, crab, sol fillets, haddock, lobster, etc.
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 2 cups diced potatoes, cooked
  • 2 cups milk, or desired amount to cover fish
  • 1 can lobster paste, for flavour and color (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Put desired amounts of scallops, shrimp, crab, sole fillets, haddock, lobster, etc. in medium sized saucepan. Cover with water and simmer on low until partially cooked. Saute celery and onions and milk to cover fish and bring to a simmer. Add lobster paste and continue simmering until flavours are blended. approximately 1/2 to 1 hour. Serve with a dash of paprika and butter.
