  • 2 lbs ribs, pre-cut into 2 to 3 inch sections
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange ribs on a baking sheet. Broil in oven for several minutes, turning once, to brown the ribs and have fat drained off. Place in roasting pan. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake at 250 to 300 for 2 hours. Baste every 1/2 hour. Sauce recipe can be doubled
