Creamed Tuna on Toast

Ingredients

• White Sauce:
• 3 T Flour
• 3 T Butter
• 1 C Milk
• 1 can tuna
• Toast/Biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and mix with flour, stirring constantly. Add milk, continue stirring.

Open and drain can of tuna, break up tuna into white sauce when hot.

Spoon over toast. Salt and pepper to taste.

(Can be doubled or tripled for more people).
