ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 1 cup of Yoshidas Original Gourmet sauce
- 3 c of fresh Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 c Mandarin Oranges
- 1/2 c Pineapple Tidbits
- 1/8 c sliced Almonds
- apple slices
- Creamy Poppyseed dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Pour the marinade into a small bowl and then add your diced cooked chicken. Let sit in the bowl for atleast 5 to 10 minutes to really soak in the marinade.
Wash your romaine lettuce. Chop it into small pieces and then place on a large plate. Then add all the remaining ingredients spreading over lettuce evenly.
Take the marinated chicken out of the bowl with a slotted spoon so the excess drips back into bowl (so your not getting all the marinade ontop of your salad, only the marinated chicken)
Drench the salad with dressing, or not! Either way it will be fabulous :) and then you can thank me later ;)
