Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups cooked carrots, pureed
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degree; spray a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with vegetable spray. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Spoon into baking dish. Bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes until firm, when knife inserted n center comes out clean.
