Ingredients
- 1 cup pine nuts
- 4 cups fresh basil, packed
- 2 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 cup fat free Parmesean grated
- 1/3 cup white cooking wine
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fat free chicken broth, low sodium
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat skillet over medium high heat and toast pine nuts, turning until golden brown.
Puree basil, nuts, and garlic. Add Parm, wine, lemon juice, and chicken broth and process until blended. Add salt to taste. Put on pasta, chicken, or shrimp.
