Ingredients
- Cake
- 1 box Duncan Hines French Vanilla Cake Mix
- 1 1/3 cups Loganberry Juice
- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Frosting
- 1/4 cup Loganberry Juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 16 ounces confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Make cake as directed on box, substitute Loganberry juice for the water.
2. Frost cake immediately
3. Frosting
4. Combine Butter, Loganberry juice in a saucepan.
5. Bring to a boil.
6. Pour in confectioners sugar, blending well
7. Add Vanilla Extract.
8. Spread over hot cake and let cool
