Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Raisins (chopped)
- 1 Cup Sour Cream (thick)
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1/2 tsp. Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Cook until thick consistency. Pour into 9" baked pastry shell. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 2 tablespoons sugar and a few drops of vanilla. Bake 3 - 4 minutes.
