  • 1 lb bacon thick sliced
  • 8 XL eggs, beaten with milk
  • 2 cups Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sausage gravy

Preparation

Step 1

1. Make bacon weave on a piece of seran wrap.

2. Put sausage in gallon ziplock bag and remove air.

3. Use a rolling pin and roll out sausage until it fits bag perfectly and is uniform thickness.

4. Unzip the bag and cut down the sides of it. place sausage on weave.

5. Beat eggs and a little milk.

6. Cook the eggs in large frying pan without stirring.

7. Place the cooked egg onto the sausage. spread the cheese over the egg.

8. Put potatoes in center in shape of a tube. Pour gravy over potatos.

9. Roll fatty into a tube and seal seam and ends. Can use tooth picks or skewers.

10. Cook at 250* for 2 1/2 hours. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
