Ingredients
- 5 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar (20oz) HOT picante sauce
- 1 small white onion, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 head lettuce, chopped
- 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- chips for dipping

Preparation
Step 1
Drain off excess liquid from picante sauce. Combine picante sauce with the cream cheese, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly over a large serving platter. Add a layer each of onion, green pepper, lettuce and tomatoes, in that order. Top with grated cheese.
