Ingredients
- 1 # medium egg noodles uncooked
- 1 14 1/2 oz can chicken broth
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 17 1/2 oz jar roasted red pepper, drained and sliced
- 1/4-1/2 cup olives - sliced
- 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Pam spray
- 2 Tbl grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles - drain
Stir broth, milk, salt and cornstarch together until cornstarch dissolves.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened and bubbly. Stir in noodles, turkey, artichokes, red peppers, olives, mozerella cheese, wine, lemon juice and pepper.
Spray 3 qt dish with pam. Spoon noodle mix into dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake 350 for 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
