Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 (16 oz.) can of French green beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can of Shoe Peg corn (whole white kernel)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can of petite sweet peas
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Step 1

Drain all canned vegetables. Mix all vegetables together in large covered dish. Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, pepper, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring. Let cool. Pour over vegetables, DO NOT STIR and refrigerate overnight or for 8-10 hours. Stir/toss before serving. Great for cookouts and picnics.
