Ingredients
- 1 beef tenderloin, trimmed and tied
- 6-8 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
- fresh ground black pepper - enough to lightly cover the tnederloin
- Dijon mustard
- Soy or Terriyaki Sauce - I use Soy Vey soy sauce because it is a bit thicker

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse meat and pat dry.
Press the minced garlic into the tenderloin.
Press the black pepper into the tenderloin.
Spread Dijon mustard over the entire piece of meat. This will help keep the garlic and pepper on the meat.
Place the meat in a bowl or a Zip lock bag and cover half way with soy sauce either overnight or for an entire day.
When ready to cook, place on grill and cook to desired degree of doneness. I slice into the meat to check.
