Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c pumpkin, canned
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 c dark corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c pecans, chopped
  • 1 9" pie shell, unbaked

Step 1

Combine ingredients, except pecans. Pour into unbaked shell and top with nuts. Bake 350* for 40 minutes. Serve with whip cream.
