Ingredients
- Cookies:
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- Filling:
- 1 1/2 cups coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
Cookies:
2. Sift dry ingredients
3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and
fluffy
4. Add vanilla , eggs and sour cream; mix well
5. Stir in dry ingrdients, mixing well
6. Cover and chill
7. On a floured surface roll the dough 1/8 inch thick.
8. Cut into 2 1/2 inch circles
Filling:
1. Stir together coconut, sweetened condensed milk
and nuts
2. Chill for 25 minutes
3. Roll into small balls
4. Wrap dough around filling
Bake for 9-12 minutes
