Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 (16-oz) can kidney beans, drained
- 2 1/2 cups tomatoes with juice, chopped
- 3/4 cup uncooked rice
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Brown hamburger with garlic; drain
3. Add onion and green pepper; cook until onion is
transparent
4. In a 2 quart casserole, combine meat, seasonings,
beans, tomatoes and rice.
5. Bake covered for 30 minutes
6. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese
Bake 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted
