Ingredients
- 2-3 carrots
- cauliflower
- onion
- red and green peppers
- broccoli
- cabbage
- water chestnuts
- baby corn
- mushrooms
- garlic and onion powder to taste
- other vegetables to taste, cut in bite-sized pieces
- chicken, cooked and cubed
- 2 cups water
- 5 chicken boullion cubes
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- cooked rice
- Try substituting pieapple juice for some of the water to cook the rice

Preparation
Step 1
Cut desired vegetables into bite-sized pieces
Stir fry until tender crisp
Add water and boullion cubes
Mix 3 tablespoons water with cornstarch; stir into vegetables
Add chicken and mushrooms, if desired
Serve with hot rice
