Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, stirred before measuring
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup raspberry yogurt
- powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
cream butter with brown sugar until light, beat in egg and vanilla. into another bowl, sift together the flour, soda, baking powder and salt. add to the creamed mixture alternately with the yogurt. mix well and pour into a greased and floured 9-inch tube pan.
bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes. cool slightly, remove from pan. sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
