Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
- 2 diced apples
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts(substitute almonds, pecans or pistachios)
- lettuce leaves

combine all ingredients except walnuts and lettuce leaves.
toss well.
place on lettuce leaves and garnish with walnuts
