Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 large egg, at room temperature lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream at room temperature
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Nonstick baking spray

Step 1
1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, sour cream, milk and butter until blended. Stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
3. Spray cake pop wells with nonstick baking spray. Fill each well with about 1 tbsp batter. bake for 4 to 6 minutes or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Transfer doughnuts to a wire rack to cool.
